Niko Track designs lightweight overhead conveyors, workstation cranes, and fall protection systems. Niko Lightweight Workstation Crane Systems provide economic, ergonomic, and versatile lifting and handling solutions to conventional overhead freestanding workstation crane and gantry systems particularly when there is a height and space restriction. Niko Track cranes are capable of carrying a load of up to 2,200 lbs. Our cranes can also be supplied power using our festoon pendant system.

The Niko manual overhead conveyors are designed to suit any existing working environment, and can be fitted with chain powered systems for certain scenarios, and has automatic switches to allow for side shifting on dual tracks to maximize storage space. The conveyors can be designed to carry loads up to 3,520 lbs.

Niko Track also designs fall protection systems for working at heights and can also design systems for applications on challenge courses. These systems are extremely reliable and are almost impervious to all weather because of the enclosed track design, allowing them to be used year round without worry of buildup of snow, ice, or leaves. The tapered track ensure that the user will always have a smooth snag-less run along the entire system and won’t need to constantly be pulling a tether and trolley behind them.

NikoTrack LLC is a distributor of the Greek company Helm Hellas. Beginning in 1972, Helm Hellas originally focused on developing, producing and marketing sliding door fittings and overhead conveyor systems, but soon expanded to the light weight crane market as well.
