OVERHEAD MONORAIL CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
The Niko manual overhead conveyors are designed to suit any existing working environment, and can be fitted with chain powered systems for certain scenarios, and has automatic switches to allow for side shifting on dual tracks to maximize storage space. The conveyors can be designed to carry loads up to 3,520 lbs.
INDUSTRIAL SLIDING DOORS
NikoTrack industrial Sliding Barn Doors use enclosed monorail track and fittings that are low friction and easy to operate for door weights of up to 1600 kgs – 3,520 lbs. Niko offers a complete range of installation fittings and track sizes to meet extreme working conditions for heavy industrial and barn door applications. The trolleys, track and fittings systems are maintenance free, electro galvanized, modular and simple to install.
The inverted track profiles protect trolley systems from accumulations of dust, dirt and ice ensuring smooth operation of large sliding door systems.
WORKSTATION CRANES
Niko lightweight workstation crane systems provide economic, ergonomic, and versatile lifting and handling solutions to conventional overhead freestanding workstation crane and gantry systems particularly when there is a height and space restriction. NikoTrack cranes are capable of carrying a load of up to 2,200 lbs. Our cranes can also be supplied power using our festoon pendant system.

NikoTrack LLC is a distributor of the Greek company Helm Hellas. Beginning in 1972, Helm Hellas originally focused on developing, producing and marketing sliding door fittings and overhead conveyor systems, but soon expanded to the light weight crane market as well.
